Everything you need to know before you arrive.
When
Thursday 30 April, arrival from 19:00 — Sunday 3 May, ends at 17:00.
Thursday evening: welcome & check-in from 19:00, party starts at 20:00.

Destelheide, Destelheidestraat 66, 1653 Dworp (Beersel), Belgium.
Getting There
The closest train station is Halle. From there, take De Lijn bus R53 or R55 (direction Anderlecht Het Rad) and get off at the "Dworp Destelheide" stop — short walk to the venue.

Free parking is available on-site (60 spaces).

Food & Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included — except Thursday dinner, which is not provided.
Meal times are strict (venue rule):
Breakfast 7:30–9:00 · Lunch 12:00–13:00 · Dinner 18:00–19:00
Free filtered water, coffee and tea available throughout the day.
Drinks are available at the bar (not included).
Please update your dietary requirements on your profile page by 19 April.
Sleeping
Shared rooms of 4. A limited number of 2-person rooms are available.
Bedding (sheets, pillows, duvet) is provided by the venue.
Bring your own towel. The venue does not provide towels — do not forget this.
Important Venue Rules
No outside food or drinks are allowed. The venue enforces food safety rules strictly and fines apply for violations.
No smoking inside any of the buildings. A covered outdoor smoking area is available.
On Sunday, rooms must be vacated by 9:30. A chill-out room will be available for the rest of the day.
Bar
Drinks are available at the bar and are not included in the full pass. See the bar price list.
