Cost

The Festival Full Pass is 230 euro and covers all meals from Friday morning to Sunday lunch (no meal on Thursday evening), accommodation and 3 parties with fantastic Belgian bands.

If you find yourself in financial difficulty it is possible to get a discount which is subject to availability. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Venue

We booked the great Destelheide venue in Beersel for you.

How to Get There

The venue address is Destelheidestraat 66, 1653 Dworp (Beersel), Belgium.

We will organise car sharing from the closest train station to the venue. More details to follow!

Parking

The venue has free parking with 60 spaces on-site (shared with other guests). Overflow parking is available on the street.

Directions

From Halle station, take De Lijn bus R53 or R55 (direction Anderlecht Het Rad), get off at "Dworp Destelheide" stop (600m walk to venue). Plan your bus trip on De Lijn.

From Brussels City Centre

By car (~30 min): Take the R0 Ring road towards Halle/Bergen, exit at Lot/Dworp, and follow signs to Destelheide.
By train + bus (~1h): Train from Brussels-Midi/Zuid to Halle station (~20 min), then bus R53 or R55 to "Dworp Destelheide" stop (~15 min).
By bus directly (south-west Brussels): R53 and R55 also stop at Uccle Stalle and Calevoet on their way to Destelheide — often the fastest option if you're around that area.

From Brussels Airport – Zaventem

By car (~40 min): Take the E19 towards Brussels, then the R0 Ring road south-west towards Halle/Bergen, exit at Lot/Dworp.
By train + bus (~1h15): Train from Brussels Airport to Brussels-Midi, transfer to a train towards Halle (~20 min), then bus R53 or R55 to "Dworp Destelheide" stop.

From Cologne

By car (~3h): Take the A4/E40 towards Aachen/Liège, then E40 towards Brussels, connect to the R0 Ring road south towards Halle/Bergen, exit at Lot/Dworp.
By train + bus (~3h30): Thalys/ICE from Köln Hbf to Brussels-Midi (~2h), train to Halle (~20 min), then bus R53 or R55 to "Dworp Destelheide" stop.

From Ghent

By car (~1h): Take the E40 towards Brussels, then R0 Ring road south towards Halle/Bergen, exit at Lot/Dworp.
By train + bus (~1h30): Train from Gent-Sint-Pieters to Halle (~45 min, via Brussels-Midi), then bus R53 or R55 to "Dworp Destelheide" stop.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch & dinner are provided by the venue and are included in the price. The venue upholds strict food safety standards. Dietary options are available during registration.

No meal on Thursday evening. Please plan accordingly — welcome & check-in opens at 19h00 and the first party starts at 20h00.

Outside food/drink: not allowed by the venue. If traces are found, we pay a fine of approximately 10 € per instance. If you bring something (e.g. Thursday evening), be discreet — but really, please don't.

Meals included: breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday; breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

Accommodation

Sleeping happens in shared rooms of 4. Both overnight stay & meals are included in the price.

Please bring your own towels — bedding (sheets, pillows, and duvets) is provided by the venue. The venue also rents towels at 8 € per piece if you forget.

Limited options available for shared rooms of 2, based on first come, first served basis.

Spaces

We will have at least two dancing rooms at our disposal. A big one exclusively dedicated to Blues with a lovely wooden floor and a smaller one to Blues and (optionally) more alternative music.

Additionally, we'll have 2 more rooms that we can use for other activities & workshops and we will have a dedicated chill-out space.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, because the venue also does not allow for refunds. However it is possible to transfer your ticket to someone else.
