Venue
We booked the great Destelheide venue in Beersel for you.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch & dinner are provided by the venue and are included in the price. The venue upholds strict food safety standards. Dietary options are available during registration.
- This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday & breakfast, lunch on Sunday. Thursday dinner is not provided.
- free filtered water all day & free coffee & tea during meals and during coffee/tea breaks
- drinks available at the bar (see price list)
Accommodation
Sleeping happens in shared rooms of 4. Both overnight stay & meals are included in the price.
Limited options available for shared rooms of 2, based on first come, first served basis.
Spaces
We will have at least two dancing rooms at our disposal. A big one exclusively dedicated to Blues with a lovely wooden floor and a smaller one to Blues and (optionally) more alternative music.
Additionally, we'll have 2 more rooms that we can use for other activities & workshops and we will have a dedicated chill-out space.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, because the venue also does not allow for refunds. However it is possible to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Registration
Blues Playground is a private event. Registering does not guarantee a place: we review all registrations and send selected applicants an invitation to pay. Only a confirmed registration and completed payment secure your entry.
